I bought a dog leash there (mail order). Very nice, thick (approx. 4 mm) greased leather and a wide selection of widths, lengths, and snap hooks. They responded quickly to my inquiry, delivered quickly, and priced well. I highly recommend them!

I ordered a dog collar and leash. Great shipping! Unfortunately, the collar was a bit small. I wanted to return the collar and only then discovered that the online shop had its company address near me. I then contacted them and asked if I could return the collar in-store and get a collar in a custom size. What can I say... I received a quick response and was invited to the production line. I ordered a collar and leash set here in March as a birthday present. The set arrived super fast, looked great, and was very well made! However, I forgot to select the correct leash width when ordering, so it was only 10mm wide and had a correspondingly small carabiner, which wasn't suitable for my large dog. After two days, since I hadn't had time to contact them sooner, I messaged the Copcopet team, and they responded incredibly quickly. They offered me several solutions, and finally, two days before my birthday, I ordered the correct leash and returned the other one (free of charge). The new leash arrived just in time for my birthday (Saturday), and the money for the other leash was refunded to my account at the beginning of the following week. The customer service was excellent, and everything went so smoothly—I'm absolutely thrilled. The set has been in daily use ever since and is simply fantastic; it feels so comfortable in my hand!

This isn't our first time buying from Copcopet! We've been using Copcopet beds for several years now, and we've even given them as gifts! Our two Golden Retriever boys, Carlo and Cooper, love their orthopedic dog beds from Copcopet! They often spend time together in these beds. The cover, and the padding in general, is very durable. Carlo weighs 39 kg, and Cooper 35 kg, yet they can both comfortably rest their heads on the raised edge of the bed. The edge doesn't crumple; it stays comfortably in shape for the dogs! If the larger of the two, our Carlo, didn't have the habit of digging up his nest before lying down, the cover would still be in perfect condition! So, after four years, we needed a new cover for one of our Copcopet orthopedic dog beds, ROCCO, 125 x 100 cm! ... Our breeders, to whom we gave Carlo a dog bed five years ago to celebrate his birth, also needed a new cover. This was arranged very quickly and easily over the phone with Ms. Ewa Konietzko! The large cover wasn't immediately available (14-day delivery time), but as discussed with Ms. Konietzko, it was promptly delivered along with the smaller cover! Fast, reliable, dependable!
